Low level character looking to join a LSFollow

Hello all. I currently re-rolled my character as my other was just kinda me messin around but now I have settled into what I want to become my main here on Wutai. My main class is a PUG which I currently only have at 15 but looking to pretty much level fast on leves and grinding to join a Grand Company. Other mains will probably be all three gathering class (mining first) then work my way into some crafting. So please if there are any low level LS' please tell me where to apply or reach in game.
