Hello all,
I tried to apply on your website and it appears your forum is not working properly. I thought maybe I took to long the first time so I refilled it out the second fast and lost it all again! Then I read where you were having issues with it and to contact you! None of my friends care to play MMO's anymore so I am looking for like minded individuals who like to have fun and stay competitive. I played Phase 3 on Midgardsormr and got to 15 in the few hours I played. I can start over at another server no biggie. I played FFXI for quite a while and have raided with guild's in WoW. Let me know what I need to do from here. Thanks guys and gals!

Hello Accem. Yes, it seems that we are having big issues with that application. Some are able to apply while others can't. Looks like it is a bug. I know that a few have made after multiple of times and one person created a new account to be able to apply. I already reported twice to the enjin.com
In the meantime we can do something different. On the top corner when looking at the site here should be a "join website" link. Click on there and try to submit the application through there.
Also. If I may, what web browser are you using? Maybe is a web browser thing and trying to find out. :)
Last but not least add me through here http://rendezvous-zone.enjin.com/profile/254367
Worst case scenario, just send me a message with the answers and once the application starts working you will only have to type n/a on everything. Thanks and very sorry for this :(

Actually I may have fixed it myself. Try again and let me know. If it doesn't work then try with what I said. :)

No, we haven't received any application under your name. There are some issues going on with the app and so far these are some of the problems.
First remember to create an enjin.com account before applying. Is a must to have it if not it doesn't let you apply. Enjin.com works kinda like Facebook. To be able to belong to a Facebook page create by someone, you need to have an FB account. ^^
Make sure to be logged on to the enjin account before applying too.
Second if you are using iPad or any apple device to apply it might not go through if you take a long time to write the application. For some reason enjin is not apple friendly. ^^
If you don't see the "Thank you for submitting your application..." then it was not sent. Let me know if you still have trouble with it. :)

Ah understood. I'll try it again some time tonight when i get home. I think I signed up for enjin but wasn't logged in when I did the survey.
