[Excalibur] Finale《Fin》, an HC Endgame Free CompanyFollow

Finale FC was originally created on Excalibur about two months before the launch of 2.4. The founding members of the company left their home to seek out a new opportunity in endgame – one that fuses the essence of competition with the structure of a committed family. As such, we keep our numbers small but elite, with each member working in their own way to help strive towards being the best of the best. Our ultimate goals are to world first all endgame raiding content, as well be on the cutting edge of all relevant content including sales, crafting, and gathering. We like to keep good people close and the rest out.

We are currently aiming to bolster our ranks and improve for the future – we want nothing more than the taste of world first and the glory that comes with it.

Recruitment: Finale has 3 running statics that are all clearing T13 on a weekly basis. Below is general information on each of the statics and their current recruitment needs, as well as what you can expect when applying for them. Progression raiding is both stressful and rewarding, and players should strive to be both fun and professional when the situation calls for it.

Static 1
Our main progression team is currently seeking a career melee DPS (main MNK or DRG) and a tank (prefer WAR). Versatility is a must, proficiency with multiple jobs is extremely desired.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit 1-2 weeks of 24/7 raiding to compete for world first progression.
• Must be willing to be available for FCoB Sales, SCoB Sales, and to help our other statics. This team is the face and performance leaders for Finale and this should be reflected in your attitude and actions.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to maximize DPS through optimizations in rotation, strategy, and gear both at the individual and raid level.
• Must have at least 1 alt character (of the same class) to use for sales and double clearing when applicable. Additional characters (three or more characters total) is a major plus and is considered highly when applying.
• Raid Times: 7:30PM EST – Variable, Multiple days a week.
• Officer: Kyoko Hana.

Static 2
This group is extremely flexible and is currently seeking skilled players of any class.

Requirements:

• Must make time available for progression, however 24/7 progression is not required.
• This group constitutes an active bench for our main progression team during periods of competition. You must be willing to sub into that group should the need arise and understand that this may delay your own progression in favor of the success of the FC as a whole.
• Must have T13 clear experience. A clear is required in all but extreme circumstances.
• Raid Times: 7:00PM EST – 11:30PM EST, MTWTh.
• Officer: Artus Fearlus.

Static 3
Our most recent group is currently working on Savage SCoB and is seeking a long-term WHM or SCH due to scheduling issues with the current roster.

Requirements:

• Must make time available for progression, however 24/7 progression is not required.
• This group constitutes an active bench for our main progression team during periods of competition. You must be willing to sub into that group should the need arise and understand that this may delay your own progression in favor of the success of the FC as a whole.
• Must have T13 clear experience. A clear is required in all but extreme circumstances.
• Raid Times: 10:00PM EST – 2:00PM EST, MTWThSa.
• Officer: Zeke Decarys.

Additional Recruitment
Finale is also looking to recruit the following:

• Crafters who are interested in mastering all crafts and leveling a craft to level 60 first during expansion progression.
• Gatherers who are interested in mastering all gathering classes and leveling a gathering class to 60 first during expansion progression.
• Gardeners who are interested in maintaining a healthy and profitable garden as well as discovering new crossbreeds in the expansion.
