Who we are:

* Group of mature, medium core players
* Many of us are altaholics, constantly playing other characters.

What are our goals?

* We'd like to organize for weekly end game content.
* We're always interested in grouping with one another
* We want to provide an environment where new and seasoned vets can enjoy FFXIV together.
* We'd like to prepare for Expansion content.
* We want to host server events and contests (for everyone, not just our company)

What makes us different?

* **Non-Elitist attitude**. We're not interested in becoming the most powerful company, maybe the most fun, but not the strongest or largest.
* Guild management experience. Many of us have run large guilds in the past. Some of us have almost 20 years experience playing and managing MMO guilds.
* Our fundamental views on what a company should be. We actively try and prevent cliques, power trips, etc. We're all equals within this company.

What do we offer?

* We currently have a medium sized house.
* We are a rank 8 company, and use EXP buffs daily.
* We help lower levels characters (crafting too).

Finally, we not only seek out new players and veterans, we have many leadership positions available. If you decide you want to help shape the company, you'll have that ability. Again, our company is one of equals. Leadership ranks are purely for administrative purposes.
