Good question. At the very least, someone should put together a guide linking to any revamped class guides on the Oboards and EJ.

I'd do it, but I'm not interested.

Good luck, guys!

I'll probably end up doing one for rogue or hunter, depending on what I end up playing in MoP (probably rogue).

We'll see, I haven't even bothered to log on in like three months, but new content is always fun for at least a little bit.

You may want to rephrase that.

I can probably do one for Shamans... At least for Resto and possibly Ele. I haven't played enhanced since I was level 20.

I'd say I'd do one for rogues as well, but I think Theo would be better at it than I am. I can probably offer some insight to combat, but that's about it.

Theo - I've recently been on so you're more than welcome to join me in some dungeon running or whatever it is these kids do these days =P

I definitely will, provided time off from work. We're busy opening a new storefront (grand opening on Saturday), so I'm rather busy to say the least. Smiley: tongue

I went on Wowhead for a while and played around with the talent calc for a bit. You know, I'm not sure exactly what a mage guide would look like other than simply debating the talent choices and a simple overview of the three specs.

For those that haven't seen it yet ICY VEINS has a pretty decent guide to every class and spec for the new patch. Certainly useful if you are trying to respec and learn to play many alts. The info seems to be reasonably up to date, certainly good enough until MOP comes out. It is the only site that seems to have every class covered. EJ's is mainly focused on level 90 so it isn't as much use yet.

A lot of mechanics have changed, so a brief discussion of what has changed, maybe suggested glyphs for each spec, and a base rotation.

I was sorry to hear about shadowpriest.com. I learned a lot from that site. The good news is that they have a new site - HowToPriest.com

Maybe their Mists Holy guide will help someone here with a Priest guide.

Yeah, back pretty much through Cata Shadowpriest was run into the ground. It's a shame, I used it a ton back in the day.

Ah well, it's not like it's shutting down for good, go home everybody, show's over and whatnot. Things are just shifting to Howtopriest.

Well, I got on and played a bit on my mage today(did Tol Barad dailies). Things are certainly different. It's gonna take me time to be comfortable enough to consider working on a guide(and that's just the fire mage portion). I'm thinking of just creating a thread where we discuss changes as a whole and then take anything useful from there and just formatting it into a cohesive guide-like format.

I'm horrible at guide writing, but if somebody gets me stat weights for each spec I'd be more than awesome at putting together BiS lists. I've already got lists for MasterFrost DKs and Assassination Rogues.
