Is anybody interested in Best-in-Slot lists for death knights and rogues for the first tier of MoP raiding?

I probably would be interested for rogues. Though I won't be getting MoP until a week or two after release =)

Unfortunately it's for Assassination since I don't know the stat weights for Combat yet.

And why haven't you looked me up on Fenris yet? I'm feeling VERY unloved, you know?

Edit: Ghost edit to check new sig.

I haven't played in over a month =( Once I renew my sub in a few weeks or so, I'll definitely add ya! You need to give me your toon's name so I can! I need to keep Theo company when MoP comes out, so you're welcome to join lol

Assassination is my OS. I still haven't really played around with it much even with the spec changes, but it'll still be nice. For the most part, the stat weights should be somewhat similar, iirc, for the specs.

Editing because you're editing and you're already giving the name to me =P

Yeah, I'll definitely add ya when I get reactivated!

Rock on, dude. Someone's gotta make a Death Knight guide. I hear you have three of those suckers. Death Knights, I mean, not guides. Wanna make the guide? Great, you're the man. Okay, gotta go. Later.

I didn't transfer any characters over, just rolled a new DK. I'm only 69 right now, but I'm hoping to be 85 by or shortly after MoP hits.

My character name is Requïem. The I is Ascii code alt-139 instead of the normal I.

It's funny, you can join my guild which consists of only my toons and my friend's lol and Requiem is part of the name! Did you stalk me?

I actually found an awesome guild full of some awesome people who have been very helpful. One of them gave me the 450g for Flying Training and Flight Master's License. Another guy has been farming Outland and Northrend with me to help me get the ore to level my JC.

And I've named my DKs Requiem since I rolled my first one. Normally, if Requiem (spelled normally) is taking, I go with Requiemme (since the characters are all female), but this time I wanted the normal Requiem so I used the ascii code for the I. I always thought Requiem was a fitting name for a DK, since a requiem is a dirge for the dead.

And no, I'm not stalking you. Should I start?

Yeah the guild is Requiem of Spirits all thanks to Zelda lol

Anywho, which guild did you join? I may know some of the people. For the most part, you can find some awesome people on Fenris that are willing to help, then you have your usual trollers and noobs. But you get past that quickly when you find a good group of people to play with.

I just posted in the original thread of yours about starting back up, so no, you don't have to start stalking lol.

Death Rider. I also needed someone to prospect some ore for me cause my JC wasn't high enough and some guy not even in my guild offered to do it free of charge despite the fact that I offered to tip in my trade channel post. I am really loving this server and battlegroup.

It's awesome when you end up in a great guild and/or on a great server.

Yeah. I've never heard of Death Rider, but I'll check to see if I recognize any of the guild members.

It's a level 25 guild so it has to have been around for a while. It's only got about 20 or 30 active players out of 220 or so in the guild, but everybody is friendly and helpful.

I don't think it's been that known for long. Probably only within this past year as I hardly have played. But they sound like awesome people and that's good! =)

Yeah, Fenris is actually a pretty great server. I've met some pretty cool people in addition to the random retards that are on every server.

I may have to see about changing guilds after I hit exalted and get the lion mount with my current guild. My current guild isn't very active at all (only usually one or two people on) and they don't tolerate profanity or any kind of suggestive guild chat, so I basically can't say anything. Smiley: lol

I can invite you to my guild. I'm probably the least PC person on this board and they don't care what I say. Unfortunately, I seem to be the only hardcore PVPer in the guild.

If you two want, I can talk with one of my friends that's in a pretty active guild, both pvp and pve wise from what I remember. I used to be in the guild til I made my own because I couldn't commit to raiding like I used to. But perhaps we can all join one guild together.

To be honest, the guys in Death Rider have done so much for me I woulf feel bad about leaving. I can get both of you in there and maybe the 3 of us can spark some interest in PVP and some casual raiding. There are a lot of people on the roster and I'm guessing the activity will spike next Tuesday. Overall it's a nice little guild. Not so big where you get lost and not so small where you get lonely.

I will definitely be PvPing, whether I'm helping Noc get better at running rogue/rogue (or if she wants to run a different toon), boosting guild mates, or running hardcore at 2k+ (unlikely that I'll have the time for that), it remains to be seen.

I'd also like to do at least a little bit of PvE, because I've said that every expansion since TBC, and TBC was the last expansion that I really raided in. Heroics and such, definitely on my radar because of talent simplification; raiding, we'll have to see because of time constraints.

How is the comp of rogue/resto/DK? It shouldn't be too long after launch that my DK is 90 and I'll definitely be grinding BGs. I also want to do some light raiding. I'd prefer to get a consistent 10-man group together, but if I have to do LFR I will. I told Noc I wouldn't have a problem going Blood for PVE if she wants to PVE on her resto.

I will run whatever you'd like me to Theo lol. I'll be playin both the rogue and shammy pretty evenly as I couldn't decide on which I'd prefer more but I can definitely heal or tank with you through dungeons and stuff from the pve aspect. I'm flexible in whatever you guys decide.

Watching you three plan out the coming weeks brings back memories of a time when the regulars here actually played the game.

I miss the Zam guild. Smiley: frown

It's completely up to you. I won't be playing seriously (or else that involves a ton of time spent practicing timing, peeling, and LOS, which isn't fun and none of us want), so it's basically whatever is the most fun.

Resto/rogue/DK can probably work (especially up to 1800 or so, we can probably duo it because everyone is so bad) and would probably be super hectic but a lot of fun. I should probably start practicing with Sub, since I think that will work best for that comp (but maybe Vendetta burst with Heroism would work better?).

In any case, I'd love to do some PvE, even if it's just buttloads of heroics.

What spec you recommend for my DK for that comp? I've almost always played Frost, but neither of the other playstyles is difficult.
