Please Help Me!Follow

This is about the game, Final Fantasy XI

Hello, I have a problem. I havent been on FFXI in a month or so. So I go to log on tonight, and when I get to the part where it is verifing my Network Address and Password, I get an error screen. This has never happened before. I have AOL dial-up, and I have tried to get on several times each time met with this error report.

I went to Network Settings, but nothing there helped me, all I got was something about going to AOL on my PS2 and Changing my name, nothing about my Address and Password, I did nothing unusual to provoke this error,I dont want to call the service tonight, and even if I did,I dont have the number. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix this problem?

I have posted this in other areas, sorry if you have to see this twice, but it is urgent to me, and this is most likely the best place for it.

lol, noone replied to this one, but if you happen to find it, here is the exact message:

error code: POL-1029


Provider Certification failed. Please chack your phone line, provider ID(account), and provider password in "Network Settings"
