New Rig, First Time Builder.Follow

So, A week ago, I dropped 1600 on a new rig, and all the parts arrived a couple of days later. After much swearing, fiddling, and buying god damned Molex to 8 pin ATX power adaptors, I got it running. Windows is installed, and everything's running peachy, aside from the fact that windows doesn't recognise my second 1 TB storage drive, as I have windows installed on a 120GB SSD. The strange thing is, when windows was installing, it asked which drive I wanted to install it on, so it knows it's there, it just... doesn't?

Either way, I feel like I've made quite an accomplishment by building this thing by myself, and I expected alot more setbacks than this.

Also: System specs are: Intel Core i5 2500k
Asus P67 Sabertooth motherboard
nvidia GTX 570 Twin Frozr III GPU
2 x 2 GB Corsair vengeance RAM
Intel 320 120GB SSD
1 TB Seagate Hard drive
850 watt PSU, from my old rig, not sure about manufacturer or anything like that, didn't build it myself.

Most likely you have to initialize the drive. To do that, right click on your my computer icon and go to "manage". Then find Disk Management and see if there is a disk entry for an uninitialized 1TB disk drive. If so, right click on it and initialize it, then make a partition on it and quick format it, and you should be all set.

SATA drives almost never have jumpers that need adjusting. If you aren't seeing the drive at all inside windows, then either you have the drive plugged into a secondary SATA controller that is missing drivers, or the drive isn't happy about somethign in its connection or internally.
