FFXI Error - 3215 ?Follow

Hi all,
Help required please.
I usually play FFXI on Xbox but have just purchased a laptop so thought why not and splashed out on the 'Ultimate Collection' which I downloaded from 'GamesPlanet' and which I have now installed on the aforesaid laptop, however . . .

While it appears that FFXI, and the 3 add-ons, CP, SA and Moogle Kupo d'Etat have installed as I can access them via my Xbox, ToAU, CoP, WotG and the Aby Trio have not and because of this I am unable to play the game on my computer !
[I should just add that I have registered the code for both the game and the bonus Destrier Beret on my official SE member page, no problems there]
When trying to login on my computer I get the error code 3125, anyone else had this problem, if so is there a fix please ?

PS. I have now contacted SE Support 3 times & whilst they are very pleasant they are unable to provide a solution :(

Thats a communications error of some sort. Basically your laptop can't see the SE servers at the moment. It could be a variety of things. Your router / cable / dsl modem might need reset. If you are using an odd DNS provider and they moved something important, it might not have resolved itself yet. It could be something corrupted in the system itself, or on SE's end. Most people who experiance that family of error report that it usually goes away on its own after 12-18 hours or so. Resetting the network equipment sometimes helps. opening a command prompt on the computer and running ipconfig /flushdns also sometimes helps.

You may want to check your firewall / antivirus program and ensure the main program and add ons aren't being blocked too.
