Also...if you are fat it takes longer to clear from your system as you don't burn it off as fast as thinner people. It sits in your fat cells. Drinking lots of water and exercising helps.
When you give a sample, take it from the third (or more) **** off the day, don't take it from the start or end of the stream. **** a little, stop, fill cup, then finish. Start and end of stream is stronger.
Also...gas chromometer tests are expensive. I have heard a lot of firms do the paper strip test, which is very cheap, then if there is a positive reading they do more extensive testing.
Most masking agents either don't work, or they test for the agent.
