Today is a pretty good day.

I had a card attached to my account that I should never have been a borrower on, and it finally got taken off my credit report. So I just got my new score and it went up 63 points.

Smiley: grinSmiley: grinSmiley: grin

The process to get it removed only took 11 months. Smiley: lol

If life was an RPG, I'd probably be spending a lot more time raising my Conjuring skill, rather than my Speech skill...

Wait, can I leverage my Zam post count into credit?

You'll have to ask Kao. Don't know if Zam reports to Credit Bureaus.

I wouldn't be the end boss, but I'd be the last human boss just before the evil tree or whatever goofy thing the end boss ends up being.

I'm the old druid living in the shack in the woods. You know the one who gives you the rather lengthy side quest with a reward that's only occasionally useful, but you nonetheless feel like you have to get it because there's that one encounter that's a pain in the butt if you don't?

Yeah that's me. Smiley: cool

I'm the exploitable scenic garnet-studded granite out-cropping. If you double jump just right at just the right spot you can get to the top and then slip into the grid.

I'm the tank wearing a subligar and harness, and you can't kick me unless you want to LFM for another hour, so you just have to watch my muscle glisten and like it.

I think after Allakhazam blasted Capital One out of the water and cost them the entire gamer market for at least 3 years that one time, they probably hired snipers to follow us around if we ever even thought about posting something about credit again. We can probably convert it to magazine shares though. Only 100,000 more posts and you might get a physical magazine!

Good news: Yes.
Bad news: its social capital.

Congrats on the credit score increase. Now just try to avoid any unneeded debt!

Thanks.

As of right now, I have 0 in credit card debt, my federal loans are paid up through December, and I've been overpaying on each statement for my state loans (can't pay against next statement, unfortunately).

My bigger problem is actually remembering to use my credit card at all. I try and put 1 or 2 tanks of gas on it a month, since it's a known quantity, it's a cost I can easily pay each month, and it's money I'd have to spend anyway. Since I'm living with my parents atm, I'm fortunate enough to not be paycheck-to-paycheck.

And since I doubt I'll be taking on any loans, and have no reason to need another credit card, no new debt. :D
