Hello Kitty isn't a cat.

My mind is blown.

They really made this more complicated than it needed to be. Smiley: disappointed

Maybe someone will still get fired or something over it. That'd be cool.

Last night, I was reading my little one The Little Red Hen and there was a picture of the title character, dressed in a frock and pushing a wheelbarrow with her wheat in it to the millers. In the background, was a normal cow, standing in a field. I spent half a moment contemplating that: the Little Red Hen and her slack-*** Duck, Goose, Cat and Pig companions all speak, wear clothes, walk on two legs (ok, that's less impressive for Duck and Goose) and have presence of mind to desire a welfare state supported by Little Red Hen's agriculture and yet there's a normal cow just hanging out. Does some other pants-wearing farm animal milk the cow? That's sorta weird.

Anyway, the obvious answer I learned today is that the Little Red Hen isn't actually a hen.

Maybe the cow was a mutant in a land of sentient beasts.

It's "not a cat" the same way Barbie is "not a human". Anatomically incorrect, but most definitely of the feline persuasion.

Has no one ever wondered about the mouse whose pet and best friend are both dogs?

JUDGE: So, Mr. Mouse. You're seeking a divorce from your wife, Minnie, because you claim that she is crazy?

MICKEY: No, your honor. I didn't say she's crazy, I said she's F-ing Goofy!
