Cant Readily Navigate Through SiteFollow

I am running windows 7 64 bit pro and internet explorer 11. I have great difficulty navigating through the site. When I click on links for mobs, zone gear etc., the page changes but comes in blank. If I click refresh more than a couple of times I get a white screen full of what looks like machine language. I was concerned that my internet explorer was corrupt so I uninstalled/reinstalled it and am having the same issues. I have also tried compatibility mode with no success. It has gotten so bad that I have given up on many searches that wont go through after 20+ attempts. Any idea what could be causing this issue?

I have not tried Chrome or FireFox. However, I don't have this issue with any other website (that I have ever visited) and it has been only the last month or so that the Allah site has been doing this.
