No. It's Zam's ads. All sites' ads really. Siliconera is a bad one for it on my phone.
I use Firefox with various things to stop them, but if I leave any zam site loaded on a PC or tablet without various protections, the ads cycle (auto reloading) and occasionally they redirect you to various advertising websites, etc. I left a zam site open on my laptop at work during Lunch. And left to fix a machine, came back and the site had reloaded to some program advertisement. Happens more often on my phone, where it redirects to App Store stuff. These days though Apple wizened up and made it so you had to confirm all app store redirects from the browser, so I don't end up being forced to random app store pages.
It's more trouble than it's worth (for me) to try to find the links for all the offending ads. Cause it ends up being random ones in a pool of dozens. I've accepted it as an inevitability of ads.
