The item collector crashes whenever i try to enable profile support. Any chance of getting that fixed?

Does it crash as you click on your character or when you click upload on your character?

When you click on the "..." to select the directory to save the profiles. during initial setup of the item collector. When I click save it says "itemcol.exe has stopped working". When I reopen the item collector it has not changed the directory.

Can you paste a copy of the dialog just before you hit "save"? Use alt-prtscn to get a copy of just that dialog box.

Got it all setup except I just realized the item collector does not detect my Wi-Fi card. How do I make it detect my card or does it require a wired network connection?

Currently it doesn't work with wifi NIC's. It will require a wired NIC.

Ok the Item Collector says it supports Wi-Fi, but still doesn't see my wireless NIC. Any suggestions?

Which version of winpcap do you have installed?

Also make sure WinpCap Packet Capture Driver is checked on the properties for your wireless card in windows control panel for network connections.
