mattheux76, have you tried again? I talked to the item collector developer and we identified there were some changes to the listing of server information the item collector collects. He said he was going to push out the fixes yesterday. Try it again.
Make sure your email address and password are on the profile page where it lists all of your characters as well as mattheux76 on the same screen as where you select which network card you use.
