I'm not quite sure either, but from what I've gathered:

1) A long time ago people in Turkey (or some other similar place with lots of sand) killed other people.

2) This was bad.

3) They need to be told this was bad.

4) We may or may not need to send them to timeout for 5 minutes.

I think the broad takeaways here are: if people are causing a problem, and you want to kill them, make sure you kill enough of them that they never will be a relevant voter demographic.

I think America could learn a lot about the Middle East peace process here.

Speaking of Middle East peace practices*, the final chapter in the infinitely long Benghazi hearings came to a close today as the GOP released their findings... that they didn't find anything. Time well spent, boys. I suppose their primary purpose of trying to smear Clinton might have been more successful than their fact finding if the GOP wasn't nominating Trump.

*Ok, North African

No, no, I'm pretty sure we got that lesson covered well enough.

The terms "Middle East" and "peace process" are at the opposite ends of the spectrum, almost to the point of having no relevance to each other at all. I suppose there is a process of sorts going on, but to what end, is anybody's guess. I imagine that we are in a period of stasis for the next decade, at which time Israel will be compelled to do something about Iran, unless some other unexpected event overtakes that part of the world and neutralizes the ayatollahs.

We're just running out the clock on the inevitable sea monkey uprising.

What, with the nuclear abnormalities and unforeseen genetic mutations caused by the H-bomb fallout between I&I, there's bound to be some kind of crazy sea monkey/Godzilla-Mothra/Blinky, the three eyed fish result. Let's see the Palestinians intifada that!

Yep, ISIS is really committed to making Ramadan a time of troubles. I imagine there will be another attack on the 4th/5th.

You want to put fake money on a location?

I'd say NE is less likely, as is France. Probably UK, Ger, DC/VA.

Well, with the chaos around Brexit there's opportunity and symbolism making it a more newsworthy story so let's go with that. A UK target on the 4th.

Yeah, but I have a hunch that their planning isn't that agile. Moscow transit system might be another potential, but again, leaning to not this time there too. Maybe Israel?

Israel's too hard of a target. Squishy Euros or juicy Turks make for easier choice to Allah akbar their way into paradise. *** nightclubs aren't known for security either, so there's that.

Brazil, they'll bomb a hotel that's supposed to be hosting athletes during the games in a couple of months.

I think they are more likely to wait until those hotels are full of athletes

I dunno, you think if they do it now they could create enough of a storm? Zika virus + political scandals + security concerns = people pulling out of games?

Ya, that's probably still a long shot, maybe it is better to wait until there's a good target. People still went to the Greek games even though they didn't really finish building stuff. On the other hand, it would be less protected now if they hit now.

Man, Rio would be a great Bio-terror target.

They have literal human body parts washing up on the beach. Who would even notice a bio-attack?

Person A: "I feel really sick today..."
Person B: "Must be that spleen you stepped in on your way to the store. That bloated one that exploded?"
Person A: "Yeah, probably. Or that glass of water with the green film I drank"
Terrorist: "What? No, it was me! Me! Pay attention to me!"

I was disappointed to see that Turkish airport cop not put one through the lamps of that terrorist who blew himself up. They shot him, the terrorist lost his AK, he rolled around a bit while the cop was standing over him, and then blew himself up 7 seconds later. Plenty of time to unload your entire magazine into the guy.

The Rio thing has potential disaster written all over it. The slums ring that city on the high ground. Gives the criminals a nice boost when they start running downhill to all those wealthy Olympic tourists. Add to that the police just went on strike, so that's looming.

Zika? Check.
Crime? Check.
Biohazardous waste? Check.
Venues with poorly constructed buildings? Check.
Sky-high AIDS infection rates? Check.
Political unrest in the host country? Check.

To offset these concerns we have Miss Bumbum. In fact, the city's beaches are filled with Miss Bumbums, so there's that. Bread and circuses, man, bread and circuses.
