On this Holy day when we remember how baby Jebus took his involvement in carpentry to new levels, your uncle Nobby felt the urge to drop by and say a seasonal GFY to the Asylumites, start a Phriday thread, and catch up.

I've got a 4 day weekend off from work. (New job? Why yes, thank you for asking. I'm now working for a consortium of universities and bio-tech/bio-mechanical engineering companies on digital healthcare innovation.)

Today, the forecast is dry & sunny, and Mrs Nobby #2 has to finish a work assignment, so you'll find me riding twisty back lanes on my new crotch-rocket (a Honda CBR600F with all the shiny races bits. Vroom vroom).

Saturday (if I've not been killed to death in a horrendous motorcycle accident) I'll be planting out pretty ickle flowers in the garden and then burning steaks on the barbecue. Might try to squeeze in another flying lesson at some stage.

Sunday I'm taking the wifey and her nonagenarian parents to Sunday lunch. Her mother is deaf and has Alzheimer's, so the discussions I've had here with gbaji prepared me well - the conversations are uncannily similar.

Monday the forecast is for rain, so perhaps some LoTRO (I haven't explored the new zones in update 13 yet)

And my predictions for the week:

- Putin will continue to ask Ukraine to move its border away from his troops.
- On the Mustang's 50th anniversary, Ford will finally admit that they never did get round to sorting out the suspension
- GarcÃa-Marquez will be praised to the skies by people who never read his books
- Oscar Pistorious will come up with the 28th version of why he unloaded a clip into his girlfriend ("I thought she was a Zombie Aardvark, man")
- Kaolian will upgrade the servers to Windows XP
- Simon Cowell will admit to his involvement in Syria, Yemen, Enron and Chelsea Clinton's ovaries

How early in the morning do you get up that you can post this at quarter past five?

And my family has decided to turn easter in a christmas like eatfeast this year, I'm not too thrilled. I also got roped into bringing my mom's horse inside and feeding it tonight because she's working so I may get trampled to death by horse before being stuck with family for the rest of the weekend.

I am now picturing Aethien and a horse sitting down together for Passover dinner at the cozy kitchen table.

Aethien is the one wearing a rope halter.

I only have a regular weekend, due to being American and a heretic. My plans are centered around cleaning, gaming and shopping. You may now yawn.

I'm into a lot of kinky things but the whole horse play fetish is definitely not one of them, weird *** fetish that is.

"Working from home" today, and Easter dinner with the family tonight as my folks are out of town this weekend. Hockey game tomorrow afternoon, and presumably more drinking after that, regardless of the outcome. Sunday I'll show my devotion to the wee baby Jesus by playing ESO a bunch.

Working on getting a hair appointment today, then probably a pedicure.

Tomorrow I have a whole lot of nothing planned.

Sunday, more of the nothing I am doing tomorrow, but with a ham dinner involved.

Living at home with mom might sound depressing at 35, but I'm rather enjoying the free room and board for now.

Today is work. Tomorrow is something, I'm not sure what. Sunday has something to do with food at the in-laws house. Monday is work again. This whole planning life out several days ahead thing is difficult, I'm happy if I know what I'm doing an hour from now.

That WOULD be nice. Unfortunately most homes in TN don't have basements because of the clay. (Or so I'm told.) And living in the crawlspace simply is not an option.

I am doing well, actually. Surprisingly so. I was pretty upset at first. But now I realize what a selfish person my ex was, and I'm feeling pretty damn good about myself.

Now she just needs some Hot Pockets!

No exciting weekend plans here. Busy at work and we'll just get breakfast on Easter Sunday. I'll scatter some eggs in the back lawn for the little guy to collect as well.

Elinda took three road trips. She's been busy.

Worked today, off tomorrow and Sunday. Sunday we'll go to my parent's house and eat ham because for us, religious holidays are just another excuse to have a big dinner.

True story: At the time the admins (Pikko and Danalog at the time) didn't have a name picked out so they made a thread asking for suggestions. At the same time, most of my posts were boob related for ... I don't remember the reason, but those were the suggestions everyone was pretty much making. Anyway, the thread become a +1 thread and I randomly suggested my title be +1 and it kind of stuck.

My custom title was an accident.
