And more from Clinton than Trump, which is pretty funny given all the pleading over the past few weeks for the EC to save us from ourselves.

Was listening to NPR last night on the way home from work. Didn't sound like there was any cross party defections. Some republican electors did stuff like Kasich. Dems for Bernie. And one for some Native American leader at the pipeline protests.

"They don't understand us," said Pennsylvania elector Ash Khare. "I received over 70,000 emails. I received over 5,000 letters. I received over 500 phone calls at all times of day and night." But Khare, like most electors, is a longtime Republican political activist who was proud to cast a ballot for Trump.
Dear Lord I'm glad I'm not an elector. That much harassment would be horrible to put up with. Smiley: eek

Wait. So the issue of faithless electors didn't change the outcome of the election? If only someone had warned us that this was the most likely result, we could have saved all this time and trouble!

A seat belt wouldn't have prevented nor mitigated this fender bender, so why should we have seat belts?

Gbaji's posts won't have any effect on anyone's opinion, so why should he post? Smiley: tongue

Not quite the same, but certainly funny in its own right.

Could be almost the same. All you GG guys have to do is turn "Faith Spotted Eagle" into a meme. Then you can say a meme was voted for.

Capital idea. You guys can adopt a bird and pretend that it won an EV because too many girls play video games.
