Galkas have big ol'****** The developers even said that Galkas were male in every since of the word. I fail to see why them reincarnating is reason enough not to have one of the defining attributes of a male. Also, just because they reincarnate doesn't mean they don't like to have *** for pleasure.
As far as "ken dolls" go, every male character in FF is a ken doll unless modified by the player.
Also, asexual reproduction is not what Galkas do. They reincarnate, a nonsexal act, usually attributed with spirituality. Asexual reproduction is many things including: binary fission, budding, vegetative reproduction, spore formation, fragmentation, parthenogenesis, agamogenesis, apomixis and nucellar embryony. Reincarnation is none of these things. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asexual_reproduction
As far as a Galkas sexuality goes, you do not need the ability to reproduce (old people, infertility, homosexuality) to be sexually inclined. Sexuality is more than reproduction. Thus, the Galkas lack of reproduction does not eliminate their ability to be sexually and romantically attracted to another individual, and neither does it mean they're incapable of a sexual act as an exercise of intimacy, pleasure, love, and eroticism.
In summary, reincarnation is not enough of a reason to eliminate the existance of the male equipment. Especially in light of developer commentary stating that Galkas are male in every since of the word.
Reincarnation does not mean asexual reproduction, and neither does it mean asexuality.
