I'm not very good at reading Japanese (especially the Kanji), but I looked at the caption asking if that image is of a male miqo'te.
I think the question being raised is: Is this [a picture] of a male Miqo'te?
Then I THINK the interviewers say something along the lines of "In FFXI the only male Mithra was an NPC. Miqo'te will probably be male (? Being asked in the form of a question?...or assuming? Asking in the affirmative?)
To which B (SE?) responds "As of right now they are all female. Although this illustration of a Miqo'te appears to be a male, it is not."
Now, don't get all worked up because my translation can be way way off. I haven't studied hiragana or katakana for a few years and I barely know kanji.
I can't, for the life of me, remember the last kanji (in the Miqo'te caption) right before が.
Even though it feels extremely familiar...like the kind you'd see every day but for some reason I can't place it.
For all I know it could say "It appears to be male and guess what...it is!"
I wish I could get that last kanji...
EDIT: As for the horned guy, I think they are asking if that's a Lalafell. To which B responds "When you look at the CG it appears that there are many things to come. Perhaps FFXI..." and that's where I get lost.
Sorry folks, going to have to wait for a real translator!
(But I don't think that looks like a Lalafell at all)
Edited for several spelling errors.

Toasting makes me uncomfortable. But toast I love. Never start the day without a good piece of toast. In fact, let's toast to toast.
