Firstly OP is a girl
Well excuse my assumption that someone with the word ~King~
in their name was male. I mean it's only a word used for male monarchs, but I suppose I was presumptuous. There could be any number of reasons King was chosen. Silly me for assuming a female wouldn't use a screen name with obvious masculine qualities. Next time I see someone with a name like "supermaleguyman" I'll remember to question the gender.
Secondly Pixels =/= RL people, I don't even know how you could say my standards irl are to high just cause I say how I wish the model was changed a bit to look more pretty.
No pixels are not real people, but they are clear representations of what could be real people. The notion that you would want the model to look more "pretty" to begin with automatically suggests that you find the model to not have a value of beauty you are looking for. You also gave an example of a model you found satisfactory.
Now, with that said, it doesn't take Stretch Armstrong to reach the obvious point here. The point is everyone, well at least most people, but even you see a level of beauty in the model. For, a male to say to another male (my thought at the time) that their expectation of the level of beauty (appeal/prettiness/whatthehellever) was too high based off their judgment of a model isn't a longshot. Armed with that knowledge it also isn't the largest leap to assume he would hold similar opinions of real people, and thereby people who are reasonably beautiful and potentially a partner.
We've already covered that my assumptions were incorrect, and thereby baseless, however so there's no need to discuss this any further. Toodels!
