I know totally sounds like an advertisement but honest it isn't, my friend gave me the website below the other day and i thought it would be quite nice to share it. It is basically like Limewire, Kazaa, all those kinds of things but without download, you only stream the music.

For me i made a playlist with a bunch of FFXI tunes and a few FFX and i am listening away and enjoying while at work.

Please note no registration is needed unless you plan to save your playlists. Also it only requires flash.

p.s. Figured i would post in this section cause everyone is so nuts for the new game and often for me reliving the past is easy when you listen to a song, close your eyes and imagine all the fun you used to have. Trains! haha

P.P.S Watch for the FFXIV soundtrack once the beta hits if it goes up, or shortly after :)

For those that don't know and wonder; Grooveshark has been around for a while and is to music on the internet what YouTube is to video. The act (as a company) the same way, however in using their service you accept liability for any content that infringes on the DMCA.

Just in case folks wonder if it's legit, it is...the same way that YouTube is with videos. Their streaming service at least. There's a lot of speculation regarding their other services.

I wasn't going to click, cause I never heard of it before, but since Ryneguy backed it, I decided to trust it. Its actually really cool, i'm impressed. Thanks for the link!

I still gotta wonder a little bit with how this has anything to do with FFXIV (or any FF game for that matter... just cause you can find a few FF songs i guess?) But I'll forgive you this time cause the site is pretty sweet :P

Other then having the ability to listen to FF soundtracks, nothing.

Yeah sorta off topic but really, this whole forum is about speculation, news and really overall our overexcitedness for the game so i just figured i would add in. The people here too pickey about bootlegging or anything will not listen to the FFXI soundtrack and i wanted to give them an option i now use.

Also what i just thought of now, once beta hits i'm sure someone will get the FFXIV soundtrack on there.

Also Zen... search for Final fantasy XI leave out the disc. Most of the soundtracks are there.

Grooveshark is nothing like Kazaa or Limewire as you don't download the songs. It's a music streaming service like Spotify or last.fm.

That's what I did. A bunch of albums come up, but when I look what's in the album there's typically like 3 songs in there. I'm looking for the full OSTs and even the albums labeled FFXI OST have barely any songs in there.
