Technically we both just broke the NDA by disclosing that there is an NDA.

But yeah, it totally says you can't tell people that you're in fight club.

wait, the sticky thread regarding this NDA that may or may not exist is in violation of said possibly non existant NDA?

LOL, I saw a post earlier today linking a fake link of a beta key, which actually went to a picture of two kittens.

The person got yelled at for breaking the (censored)* and shortly after the post was removed. How do you know you're breaking the (censored)* when it's not publicly available to read?

Knowledge of the existence or nonexistence of this NDA shall be deemed a violation of said NDA. Lack of knowledge of the aforementioned existence/nonexistence shall not constitute an exemption from the terms of the NDA, should the NDA exist.

Let's say I got home and there was a beta invite waiting for me, hypothetically of course and started to play ***** ****** XIV and someone walked in on me, would I have to tell them to leave and erase their memory?

The 14 NDA is readily available to anyone on the internet at the 14 website, through the beta sign up page.
