For the FFXIV forums to create sub-forums for the classes announced so far? I have just been noticing a couple threads here dedicated to certain classes and think it would be easier to organize them because more will eventually come.

They need more sections for off-topic, guilds, classes, and more. I have to read through all of this clutter, but it's ok. I'm getting addicted to these forums.

Great suggestion by the way.

If we had sub-forums then I would have seen that thread and wouldn't have had to make a whole new thread, but if they had been added then there wouldn't be a need for either thread to exist in the first place thus reducing clutter on the main forum.

I advise you to reply to the other one. Pikko (the main admin here) has already pretty much turned it into an opinion thread regarding what sub forums we would like to see in the future. Your opinion would be put to better use there.

or you could have just used ctrl+f and searched for "class" and found it.

but all of that aside, what would you talk about? theres not enough known information to start up class forums yet. ****, the game isnt even in open beta! new classes could be revealed, other classes could be changed or removed...theres too much up in the air now.

the fact of the matter is, if you want to discuss a class, start (or find) a specific class discussion thread and keep class discussion confined to that thread. as time goes by, more information is released, and people have a chance to actually play the classes, theyll add forums. but right now, the general forum is more than enough to cover the needs.
