Processor and RAM are a bit low but should manage on minimum/low, but what jumps out at me is:

If that's integrated video, that's not going to be anywhere near ample.

Also, there's a sticky about this that should tell you what you need to do pretty thoroughly.

I highly doubt your going to be able to run the game even at lowest settings with that setup, INTEL INTEGRATED GRAPHICS wont be able to cope, laptops cant have GPU upgrades, there not really designed to run games espcially high demanding games like FFXIV, your only choice would be to buy a new computer or buy a ps3 and play the game on that when it comes out in march, if you do buy a new computer, i advise you to get a desktop pc rather than a laptop

Oh ****, I just noticed the M.

Yeah, that laptop will most certainly not run the game and there's nothing you can do to upgrade it. You're going to have to buy a new system unless this isn't the only one you own.

That should definitely run it on bare minimum settings. It might run it on low-ish.

This. Also, legibility helps; I can't read half of what you're saying.

This is barely even English. To come into a forum, ignore their stickies which tell you everything you want and make your posts barely legible to cap it is just plain insulting. This is why people get frustrated with you.
