Frustrated is a nice way of putting it. On Friday, 8am, I placed an order with Newegg for my new PC. As I always have, I chose to have it shipped to work instead of my billing address, which is my home address. Usually placing the order that early means that it ships that day. The end of the day comes and my order is still processing. Ok, fine with that. I know Newegg is closed on the weekends, no big deal. Monday rolls around and it's still showing as processing. I contact support through chat. They inform me that I have been charged and awaiting address verification and if my shipping address is different from billing, it needs to be on file with my bank. I call my bank and it turns out that I can't have multiple addresses on my account, just one. Contact Newegg support again, same scripted reply about address and I tell them that I can't have an address added. They tell me that I will be contacted if there is a problem. End of business day rolls around and it stills shows as processing and no emails about verification problems. Not wanting to wait any more, I cancel my order. Well, I get an email verifying my cancellation saying that I will get my refund in 3-5 days. At this point, it's after hours so no one to contact and I was ready to break something. My bank account is still showing the payment as pending. Not sure how much longer I am going to have to wait.
To top it all off, got my beta invite yesterday and of course my current PC won't even run the benchmark.
