If you have a local parts store like a Fry's or a Microcenter, maybe you can ask them if they offer the service. I wouldn't try asking a Best Buy/Staples though.
Fry's does indeed provide a service like this for RAM and CPUs. When I got my CPU and Motherboard from there, they gave me a little flier stating that they install them for $20 bucks or something. Installing the CPU was probably the most stressful thing when building my first PC, because of how much that one component costs, but just as long as you are paying attention and match up the arrows/triangles it is easy. If you do end up bending the CPU pins slightly, not all is lost, as you can still straighten them using a credit card and/or a sewing needle.
