Hi guys, I searched all the interviews that i could find and couldnt find an answer for this, so maybe someone else knows it.

In FFXI you could only cap out one craft at 100 and take the others no higher then 60. Has SE announced if they are going this route again? This is the only reason i ever made alts in 11, so i could have multiple maxed out crafts. With the 3 dollar price tag that would suck lol.

And no this isnt a complaint thread on the 3 dollar alt thing. Just wondering since im a craftaholic if in order to max out more then 1 craft if i will have to make more then one character. If they havent announced something about this cool, because i know its beta and things change :)

There is no limit to crafting classes currently but a recent interview said they might introduce one.

I'm going to assume that since this time around there are specific classes for crafting that you'll be able to level more than 1. (just like you can level both conjurer and pugilist)

Thanks guys. If they were to put a limit on crafting, although may be good for the economy and such, would just make the 3 dollar/alt harder to swallow for us craftaholics.

I believe there won't be a limit for capping more than one crafting skills. Crafters in FFXI didn't get treated as a "class/job", but they did in FFXIV. So if we can have a max level Pugilist and a max level Lancer (or max level on ALL disciples of War classes), I would imagine we can do the same for disciples of Hands.
