I have a dell xps 410 core 2 duo E6600 @2.4ghz, 8800gtx 756mb, 2g ram, got 2300 low bench, 1670 benchmark on high, Is it worth investing in a new rig? When is the best time to buy, and is digitalstorm.com a good prebuilder?

You're fine for now, unless you require extremely high levels of performance. 2500 on low is an acceptable benchmark unless you really want to turn things up. You'll be able to experience the game just fine.

You can play like that.

The question becomes: Is 2300 good enough for you?

If yes: continue what you're doing
If no: Consider upgrading... Start with RAM, that's usually a nice cheap way to boost performance a bit

If I were you, I'd upgrade. But I'm not you, so it's your choice.

The short answer is that it will likely run on low. If you want it to look and run better on medium or higher, then upgrades are in order.

1670 means that you may to have to turn all your settings down as far as they can go. And your fps still might be a little choppy.
