Since folks seem to be getting fed up with all the PC question threads, maybe a section inside the FFXIV section just for PC questions would be useful.

Problem is most people who are so ignorant about computers probably wouldn't know to go to that forum if it existed. Only people who actually have good tech questions that could benefit all of us would go there.

Most people can't seem to find the stickied computer question thread at the top, I'm guessing a tech forum would be off the map completely. There is a general tech forum, I expect eventually tech questions for this game will be routed there as they are for the other games.

Zam already has a computer and hardware support forum. Adding another one won't make users any more aware of it.

Well I counted 23 post on the front page about pc builds. That's just way to many.

I say let them stay, it's not like we need to make room for the flood of info coming out from Square-enix.

When the NDA is lifted and the game launches I would understand a crack down, but until then there's just not much else to talk about.

Wow cool...yeah I had no idea that was there. I'll be sure to make use of that...lots of awesome info on the ffiv forums, but it's gotten a bit scattered. I lose track of which tech post so & so said such & such about the vid card I'm thinking about...

I was tempted to make this a "Will my setup play FFXIV?" post, but decided against it...
