That's where I preordered mine and the dude mentioned that it's hard to tell when they cut off so I should hurry up just in case. Went back later that day, but the reasoning was that each store doesn't have a set amount they get. There's an overall limit between the website and stores and once it's reached they get a notice to stop doing preorders. So that was a long way of saying "I really don't know, but it doesn't hurt to go ahead and do it."
Which brings to mind an interesting point: If they were to hit a limit where they know "We will get 50 copies in store and 50 people have preordered", will they actually tell person #51 and on "You can preorder, but your copy won't be in the initial batch?"
Like when I preordered GH:Metallica, I was told "You probably won't get the second kick petal because you waited too long to preorder". From a business standpoint, I could see how upper management could decide that they'd rather not tell people they're out of the product so they keep the money rolling in, but from a customer service standpoint, I really hope that if they hit that wall, they do.
I also wonder if they're going to warn people "Hey, incidentally, if you open this box, you're stuck with it, cause it's a PC game" when they buy them.
