So yes, this is another "PC spec" thread. I know you all hate them, however I do need some help.

To start, I will NOT be attempting to build a PC, so I am buying an already set-up one.

I do not need to run the game on amazing graphics, and I have a budget I need to stay with, so I don't need a "you should really go with this and this, it'll run you about $1,000".

I am looking for something for under $725. So far I have found two that are decent looking.

How much of a difference in performance do you think I'd get out of forking over an extra $100 for the $700 system? I know the radeon is 5770 vs 5760 (which boosts its card score from 1,150 to 1,550)

As far as the rest goes. 0.1 GHZ faster processor, 700 watt Power supply VS 600, same HD space.

Someone mentioned to me that with the cheaper, $600 computer, I'd likely see a 3,000 to 3,500 Benchmark score. Possibly a little higher. Which is "fine" for me, but looking at it again, it's only $10 more a month for the $700 (12-month plan).

If I went with the $700, how much do you *think* my Benchmark would be at? Again, even a rough estimate would be great. And is it worth it for $100 extra for this PC?

Are there better options that do NOT include building my own that are between $600-$725?

Thanks again for the help

Please use the hardware sticky thread. It's closely monitored.

Thanks, didn't see we had to post there now. This can be closed then and I will post there.
