So what you are saying is, that however you answered the questions, it came up with Pikko as the person you were thinking.?

It's a website that tries to guess what character you're thinking of as it asks you questions about the said character.
The awesome thing is that it is usually correct like 95% of the time. Now Pikko is on there, apparently.

I think people can add characters as well as questions into the program.

That's a fun site actually. It correctly guessed "Freddie Mercury" in 13 questions.

Edit:

He failed to guess Karl Hungus/Uli Kunkel (from The Big Lebowski) in 40 questions, but that's probably because I was thinking of the Karl Hungus character and not Uli Kunkel, who plays Karl Hungus. Karl has long hair, while Uli does not, and Karl doesn't fight, while Uli does. After about 20 questions it did guess Jesus Quintana, so at least it was the correct movie.

It gets a little confusing trying to answer questions about a fictional character who plays another fictional character.

I actually managed to confuse it once. It thought I was talking about Superman when I was talking about Freakazoid. I think it was the question about the character being blue.

It took 14 questions to get Jack Sparrow, 20 to get Al Bundy, and 12 to get Miles Edgeworth. Pretty good, I'm surprised it got the last one that fast.

Gonna come up with something really obscure and try again later. <.<

The program learns new characters based on the answer to questions people use and when it guesses it wrong you are supposed to type in the person you were thinking of. After about 10+ times it finally gets a pattern and learns the person and everyone after that has a chance of having that character guessed. That's why you have so many anime/game and fictional character from movies in there, because most of the people who use it have hobbies in relation to those subjects lol.

First I did a well known character which only took like 10-12 questions, then I chose a very obscure one which while it didn't get it, it got a very similar character.

Abby Sciuto (NCIS) took 20 guesses.

I'm impresed. It got Lelianna from Dragon Age, Rob Gordon from High Fidelity and Sean Bateman from Rules of Attraction each within 20 questions. Amazing.

Edit: It got Jack Skellington in 13.
Edit 2: Okay, this one really freaked me out. It got The Warden from Dragon Age in 14. I know it's a popular character but it's so easy to be vague about it because of how different each Warden can be.

More:

My cat - 19 questions
Master Shake - 20
(Corrupted) Sarah Kerrigan - 33
Karn (Magic The Gathering) - 40 (I was POSITIVE he wasn't gonna get it FFS)

I BEAT IT!!!!
My character - My Female Elvaan from XI.
It guessed Lilisette at 20, "A Tarutaru" for 30, and "Your Character in World of Warcraft" (Pic of a Blood Elf Female) at 40.

It was REALLY close though.

Wow... I clicked yes to everything (except his guesses) until the end. "Someone who always presses yes". Hah.

Good grief, it got everything I threw at it, from the Prime Minister of Japan to the Brave Little Toaster. Since it's algorithm based, I guess it gets better at guessing every time someone plays the game because it uses the data from your questions to alter how it narrows down the information.

Jay Chou - 20 questions
Liu Chen - 20 questions
hyde - 40 questions (took longer probably because I answered a few questions wrong)
Nobuo Uematsu - 20 questions
Hidekazu Himaruya - 20 questions

**** are they really that famous? Have to think of more obscure people then...

EDIT: Denmark (from Hetalia) - 20 questions

Wow, that's insane!

It correctly guessed:

-Ripley from Aliens
-Steve Prefontaine (famous runner from the 1970s)
-Jack Kelly (played by Christian Bale) in Newsies

It incorrectly guessed Dirk Nowitzki, when I was actually thinking of Arvydas Sabonis.

Pretty neat!

I managed to confuse it with Sinon Kouzuki from Starship Operators, which I decided was a suitably obscure anime; then downright broke it on Angela Aki, the songstress. It "gave up" and now only loads "I need a moment to wake up" whenever I load the page now. I pat myself on the back for a job well done.

All in all, very creepy software though. Truly and evening well spent.

Wow, it just guessed Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Airlines.... Uncanny.
