Good news for webmasters out there with their own Final Fantasy XIV fansite! Square Enix has bundled together some images and icons for you to use in the freely available Fan Site Kit!

The kit contains official Icons (Title Logo, Guild Symbols, Characters and Flags) and Images (Characters, Monsters and more) which are free to use for any fan looking to spruce up their corner of the Web. According to the Usage License, any of the included files can be used not only on personal sites, but also on blogs, social networking services and "everywhere else on the Web."

The images section looks like a collection of previously released stuff. You can even see some are labeled as being from TGS 2009. The icons set is really cool though. It give you each icon in several different preset sizes as well as the original PSD file.

Sweet, I can update the icons on our forums. I had to make them myself and they're not ideal Smiley: thumbsup

I'm downloading it just to mess around with the PSDs, but good god, it's 260 MB. Even with high res images, they clearly have a lot more pictures out there than I thought.

Guild icons are new, everything else seems to be stuff we had already.
