Wow did i really?Follow

i managed to mess my pc before the release of FFXIV <(>.<)>!!
i dont know what happend but my screen is all blurry mostly on text, i tryed to mess around with the resolution and on lower res its clear, but on higher res its all blurry i did a system restore, deleted my drivers for graphics card and still nothing, all i remember doing different is taking my audio device off(a radio if that means anything)

can anyone help plz i didnt know where to ask this question and i didnt want to make another forum user somewhere else

i think i figured it out sorry. i tried another monitor and it looks fine in 1080p so im assuming i fried something in my monitor or something i guess ill have to replace it at best buy

It's rare that an audio device would affect a monitor but technically, speakers and mics have magnets in them, and monitors would indeed be affected by the magnets.

Now the chances that the magnet is actually powerful enough to affect the monitor are extremely low, even if you put the speaker right next to it... but I suppose it's technically possible.

yeh ill try to rehook it up tomorrow the monitor im on now is fine on 1080p, ill try to hook up my led monitor tomorrow

This used to happen to me quite a lot and it took me a long time to figure out why.

The answer was that I was using a non-computery speaker system (designed for a TV or audio receiver, not supposed to be anywhere near a screen) and they were improperly shielded so it was causing all sorts of distortion effects at the edges of my screen.

Yeah, this happened to me way back, too. I hooked my computer up to my radio speakers and put them next to my screen. My screen got messed up a bit after a while.

Use speakers specifically for computers.
