I think it's more talking about the fact that you regain Anima at a rate of 1 every SIX HOURS. Teleporting within your current region costs 4 Anima, and returning to your last used Aetheryte Crystal costs 2. When they say "rest is often required after several consecutive jumps," they really mean it. As in days
of saving up to break even. I'm thinking it's probable there will be a more active way to recharge Anima, but for now passive regeneration is all we've got.
Maybe it'll recharge faster in release.
