Some of you probably already seen this before but for those who haven't here is the link. These might be the extra job classes.

http://killingifrit.com/forums/topic/182340-after-e3/

Flayer- Maybe Beastmaster^^? Use a whip to force your pets to do stuff.

Arcanist- A machine type class? As from the game Warmachines.

Bard^^- Always nice to have a support class.

Herding?- Old McDonald? Gotta have some way to get wool thread I guess.

Actually I can see Herding being a pet type class more than Flayer. Also there is an Arcanist Guild in LL and it seems to be a DoM type class. I'm really excited to see the Whip used, I don't think there were any whips in FFXI.

Whips are hard to code (much like hair). I hope this does not stop it from being introduced. If the game is as graphically advanced as the system requirements suggest, this could be awesome.

I wonder if advanced jobs would branch off of the primary jobs. If so, would Samurai branch off of Gladiator (The only sword user) or Lancer? (Since in FFXI some samurai's used them). It's obvious that IF there's a Sentential it'll branch from Gladiator, but what of Ninja? HM HM HMMMMMMM

I'd love to see arcanist be some type of machine class, but as was mentioned I sorta think it will be DoM. I will be crossing my fingers though :)

Ahh makes sense. This makes choosing my starting job even harder, since I want to be a Ninja

After the travesty of a support/gimp-healing class they turned Bacon Mage into in 11 I'm not surprised! If they do add it to 14 I hope they take the effort to do BCN some justice this time around.

You guys know that chart isn't real though, right? Like..it's baseless. It's just theory/guessing. Even though I hope there's SAM/NIN, there's nothing saying there will be.

I am not really sure about the details because I am not so much of a technophile but people taking apart the game data files and figuring out what they mean. So there are data supports for these jobs in the files that are out there. Someone who knows more should be able to explain it better.

Interesting though, I wouldn't complain if these jobs are accurate.

When I first seen this chart it was before Beta started. If it's real or not idk.

Reason I'm think Flayer more towards Bst is the weapon choice. I don't really see mages using whips but never know. But, then again the list does seem to go along with the DoW - DoM - DoH - DoL. Putting it boarder line with war/magic along with assassin which I was think maybe the next Drk because of the dark arts and the name assassin. I guess assassin could also be nin but the tools used were more enfeebling.

Herding has to be a DoL though I really don't know what you would herd. Maybe some Dodo's or sheep. Could be how you get your mounts or how the next bst gets their pets? Wouldn't be a bad idea either way.

I really don't see SE just giving us 7 fighting classes unless they intend to come out with another expansion soon. 11 started out with 6 and had 6 advance jobs. Then the first expansion had 3 I think it was nin, smn, and drg. Sorry if i got it wrong it was a few years back.

Anyway I hope they do have a few advance jobs in this. Maybe we'll see them in the next week or 2 as testers get to higher levels.

You basically have it right. It's just going through the files in the beta and seeing if any of them hold anything interesting.

It still doesn't mean this is a valid document though. It could just be an original brainstorming document used to decide what classes they wanted in the game that they kept in the game files by accident and no longer applies.

I'm hoping that Arcanist will end up being Time and Space based.
