"Add port mapping result failed: 10217> 10277"

Does anyone know? showed up in a text file on my client download (which has just barely passed 50 percent after going for 18 hours)

I... have no idea. All I can say is, if it stopped downloading, to keep going? *shrug* I have no clue.

Its basically telling you that to increase your download speed, you must open up the relevant ports on your modem and/or router.

Don't worry u wont lose what you've downloaded but you know how long it took me to DL updates? 1.5 hours...open up some ports on your router, google which ones, there was a topic here that tells you...google how to do it too, the time it takes you to figure that out is a lot less than the time its gonna take you to update client the way youre doing it now.

I have opened everything - I am wired directly into my modem. I even tried turning firewall and antivirus off. Bleh. This P2P client sucks. No other P2P client gives me this grief.
