With news that much of the basic content & discovery in FFXIV is trail and error, I thought it may be a good idea to poll ZAM to discover which guides should be developed first by the community. Creators, take note of which guide(s) your fan base is looking for and if you're so inclined, build one for the masses!

Which of the following player created guides would you most enjoy having at your fingertips?
Combat & Tactics :3 (4.5%)
Navigation Setup (menus, HUD recommendations, etc.) :0 (0.0%)
Eorzea City & Dungeon Layout (guilds, key NPC & MOB locations, etc.) :6 (9.1%)
Guildleves Strategy and Summary :3 (4.5%)
Beastiary :0 (0.0%)
Leveling (hunting locations, weaknesses of enemies, HP, stats, etc.) :8 (12.1%)
Resources (locations where to mine, fish, harvest) :1 (1.5%)
Items (armor, weapons, etc.) :1 (1.5%)
Building Effective Macros :3 (4.5%)
Armory System (class skills and benefits) :4 (6.1%)
Crafting & Recipe :37 (56.1%)
Total:66

pro-tip: polls are premium only. However, premium is worth the $3 and change a month Smiley: grin

Poll Removed: No more than one per thread, please!

Actually, anyone with a premium account can (re)post polls. Not to take anything away from Wint, as I'm also glad he got the admin job.

Crafting & recipes as they will most likely require the most research.

ALL of course, but if I had to choose, Crafting & Recipe for the win.

Seeing as a list of crafting recipes already exists and alla already has an items database that SE axed, I'd have to say a NPC database.

Crafting for me, since the number if recipes is gonna be ridiculous considering how many "sub-recipes" you need before you can craft one single item.

Crafting without a doubt.

I love exploring and learning new things on my own in every other aspect of the game, but when it comes to crafting it's all about the benjamins, baby!

It's good to see so many people are interested in crafting. Hopefully multiple people make a guide as there is certainly a need for it!

Yes, the faster I can make money legally, the better.
