That main theme song gets me every freaking time man. Every time. I don't know how much more hyped I can get about this game. I'm going to have a heart attack right here on the spot lol. And Open Beta is today...

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

And yes, I am so happy he composed all of the music for this game. It's going to be awesome trying to listen to all 70+ tracks or whatever was stated. It means I'll definitely have my volume turned up and not on mute for a long time to come. And yeah, he is one amazing composer.

Whenever I meet that Japanese wife of my dreams, I'll name my first child after him for sure.

Ya... 70-80 tracks... I guess that means I won't be listening to iTunes radio as much.

Interesting that he said he'd play as a miqo'te, that's all we need, an SE legend endorsing that kind of crazy behavior...it's like "Dude, don't encourage them" = P

Great stuff by a great man. It was nice to catch a glimpse of some of the opening cinematics. I can't wait to hear some of the boss battle music, they are usually pretty epic.

I want his chair.

Either that or a Steelcase.

Ugh. Talented, hardworking, motivated people have all the luck. ;)

That was an awesome, in depth interview. I liked how he said he would play as a Miqo'te, I definitely wouldn't have expected that! I wonder if someone asked him if he would support male Miqo'te to be added.

Daaang, can't wait for this game. Just wish I had a computer that could run the open beta.

Man he sure talked way more natural than all the other guys in the previous clips. :D Definitely one of the best so far.

I lol'd when he said his studio is named after a ping pong table, and that he wanted to play Miqo'te.

Yeah the timing couldn't have been more perfect for this one. With all the big ********** happening lately, this was a breath of fresh air. A peek at the fun side rather than complete seriousness. Looks like he has lots of fun at work...

Nobuo Uematsu have alot of experience exposing himself to interviews and live audience compare to the other programmers/designers. I respect his work, and might even ignore everything else and jus buy FFXIV cos he is involve in it.

OK, so I finally got the chance to watch it on a normal monitor (instead of an iPhone where I can't make out any of the text >_>), and I must say, it's almost like they took my criticisms of the earlier interviews and made this one much more relaxed and charismatic. Instead of sitting Uematsu in front of a camera and a green screen to create the image of him sitting in a blank room while he indifferently answers (verbatim) a list of preset questions, they brought the camera to his studio and had him answer the questions naturally. Much better.

I also have a newfound respect for Tanaka; anybody that likes King Crimson is cool with me. 8D
