" You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered.
If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account."

I logged into the Square Enix account management system and chose my country of origin, which is United States. It still gives me this message. I've been part of beta for awhile now, since phase 1 beta 7/13? Is there anything I'm missing here?

Just in case you missed the email...

Also, for those of us who made it into Beta Phase 3, remember to register your proper country of residence by logging into the Square Enix Account Management System after August 31, 2010, 2 a.m. PDT.

tl;dr- you should have gotten this email from SE if you were already in the beta. I got mine this morning. After the open beta goes live (whenever that is) you have to re-register with a new code.

So have the new codes gone out yet? I did get that Email you listed Ralrra, but no codes as of yet. I looked in my spam folder to, and I'm using G-Mail as well.

To the best of my knowledge, codes got delayed because open beta got delayed. Something about SE confirming critical bugs, and they'll let us know when open beta actually starts up.

Yea I just tried that...so here's my question...

I'm from the UK and have 2 SE accounts, 1 account is NA and the other UK. I used the NA one to access the beta as I had a NA key. This time around, can I start fresh and use my UK account to access open Beta? Or does it have to be with the same account as Phase 3? I just tried re-using my key but it didn't work, so I'm assuming I can start fresh...right?

Okay cool, so nothing to worry about then. I was wondering because I couldn't access the beta test site.

Right now, nobody can. Everyone has to re-register, even those of us who were already in the beta.

Where did you get the info stating that the Open Beta got delayed?....I have not seen any official word from SE in regards to this. Last thing that SE updated us on was that it was going to start tonight at 19:00 PST

Right on the registration page.

Actually, to be more succinct, everyone needs to RE APPLY to get a key.

If you were in the beta before, you get no preferential treatment, and if they have "temporarily suspended" giving out keys. . you're SOL.

I love this, it's *SO* informative. Is this PST? CST? EST? JST? WTF???

Are you sure about this? Could have sworn it was said some where that people who already had beta access would regain access in open beta. From what everyone is saying, they'll just be sending the already-beta testers a key...

When I got my email before the alpha started it did say I would be allowed to take part in all the testing including open beta. So if this is the case I would suppose that SE would be sending the old testers codes to get their access back. I haven't gotten this new email that was posted by Ralrra. Yet I suppose we wouldn't all be getting them at the same time. I hope this helps people looking for information. If anyone hears anything new please post. I'm very curious as is to what's going on.
