One good thing about all of this is knowing that the game must ROCK when you can actually play it. Can't think of any other reason why the CBs would be so mad about not getting back in for OB. Even a mediocre game wouldn't warrant this much perseverance, I'd think. They would just move on with maybe a whimper and a sigh, but instead, they seem like crackheads willing to sell their souls. Perhaps this will be worth the wait, after all.

I'd still prefer to be able to decide for myself.

Interesting way of looking at it, you make a valid point though. Had I hated the CB I would be thinking "Look at these dopes busting their asses to get in there, if only they knew." Or I wouldn't be here at all. Instead I'm like "Damnit where's my key?" = P

8D Great news! A guy at work has been rubbing it into my face that he met Dave Mustaine...can't wait to see the look on his face when I tell him an FFXIV OB tester posted in MY thread. What are the odds, considering how rare they are!

Maybe they are pre-empting all the crashes of their servers BEFORE the games release! Maybe we won't have to deal with lobby full issues or Log in Queues...

A man can hope! :p
