The problem is that I get a canned response of cannot help you, but I replied anyways. I and some other people are unable to do anything other than try to inform them that we received keys and cannot progress any further. "step 3" Also when I submitted the email it was directed at FFXIV support. It is kind of a bug we found, that you are not seeing and we can't get to step 3 without you passing it on scenario. Re

That is why I contacted support in this way. I received an Open Beta Key for FFXIV. When I go to https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/
it will not let me progress further with my account, even though I received an access code. I followed all of the steps in the email. I successfully registered the Open Beta Key. When I get to the step for https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/
and log in.
This is what is displayed:
"You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered.
If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account."
For other words, I am trying to inform you of a process error that is occurring. I have seen others on some forums, that got to this step and it failed, even though they were given an Open Beta Key.

We do apologize, however the SQUARE ENIX Support Center cannot provide any assistance with the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta in any fashion, beyond providing assistance with SQUARE ENIX ID login information, such as ID retrieval, or password reset assistance.
If you have received notification that you have been selected for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta, then the SQUARE ENIX ID attached to the email address that the notification was sent to will be provided access to the FINAL FANTASY XIV beta website at https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/
. Only those SQUARE ENIX IDs that have been selected for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta will have access to the FINAL FANTASY XIV beta website.
If you are receiving an error when attempting to log into the FINAL FANTASY XIV beta website, then the SQUARE ENIX ID that you are using has not been selected for the FINAL FANTASY XIV beta. Please double check all notifications sent regarding the FINAL FANTASY XIV beta to ensure that you are attempting to log in with the correct SQUARE ENIX ID.
