So i finally get a beta key take 3 days to download the client, get into the game only to be told that the login servers are down, so i leave the game restart and the updater starts donloading another file which has left me hanging at 94% for the last 4 hours whilst uploading and not downloading ****, i feel like i'm bieng used here >.<
Is anybody else stuck at the same point or is it only me?

Hit cancel, then reopen the downloader ... it will restart from where you canceled. SE seems to like to drop all your connections around 90-99% somewhere in there so you'll sit there and seed for other people for a while. Mine sat at 96% for 20 minutes, restarted and it was done in 10 seconds.

Yep. Every netbook with an atom processor nowadays plays WoW.
****, I am sure with some tweaking it would run on an iphone.
Or even on the LCD display of my microwave.

The default patcher has always been absolutely useless for me. I suggest always using uTorrent whenever a new patch comes up.

Cheers lol i'll give it a go but disillusion is slowly beginning to kick in, this has to be the longest i've ever tried/waited to get into a beta even XI and WoW was less painful, what makes it worse is that trying to fit it in inbetween work and family is just exsaperrating.
