FFXIV Crashing Computer At StartFollow

Hello

As the subject says, FFXIV Open Beta crashes my computer as soon as I open it.

I downloaded the installed and installed the game. But as soon as I try to start the game itself, I get a small black screen that belongs to the game, then it crashes.

I did small things like changing it to Full Screen from config and such, but it still did nothing but crash.

Intel(R) Core 2 Duo CPU E8500 3.16 GHz
3326MB Ram
ASUS EAH4850
DirectX 9.0c

Any help would be much appreciated, and if more info on specs is needed. Just ask.

Did you try this: DirectX End-User Runtime? It fully updates your DirectX version. There is a lot of new DX9 files as well it will add.

If you get a cryptographic service error than get this one DirectX Redistributable (June 2010). Also what Operating System are you running? And please respond and let us know if the above works for you, thanks!

DirectX End-User Runtime didn't work. Still crashed like always before.
It did update my DirectX though

I am useing Windows XP. Forgot to mention it earlier.

I cant really update my drivers. I tried it before and it messed up my computer completely, basically, I cant delete my old, and if I install the new ones while the old are still there. It messes up completely and no game works.
The drivers I have right now are from 26.2.2010
So not that horribly old.
