Hey Ya'll,

Been scanning forums last few weeks and was curious about ppl's overall experience (no pun intended) regarding partying. I recall that there was not much incentive due to the level limitations but I am curious if that has changed and/or what ppl have experienced when in a group. Hope you all are enjoying Beta and thanks for the responses in advance.

PS. Is there a zoom out function pertaining to third-person camera view

So far the only people I've seen partying are shellmates. Not much incentive to group up in the game tbh, granted it's only beta but still very little partying that I've seen. In fact most people in the beta don't even interact with one another unless they're in the same linkshell, and most of the people who are in shells together ignore anyone who isn't in the linkshell.

I did party with strangers in the last closed beta phase - it was great! Contrary to what some folks are saying there is actually a lot of incentive to party up even at lower levels - if only to find prey.

That said it is too bad people really aren't partying much. I've pretty much hit a wall with CON at level 7 where things will show as "green" and whomp my ****. So it sort of becomes an exercise in frustration when you run around looking for prey for 1-2 minutes and then have about a 50/50 chance of something that you should be able to beat killing you.
