Noob question again, but I am having issues with casting some spells. As a Thaumaturge rank 5, I have the spell Banish. Its an AOE spell and once I push the number to activate it, a button appears that says "area of effect." When I click the button arrows appear on both sides of it. Click it again and arrows ago away. I have no clue what this does. Any help is appreciated

Also hate to ask yet another question in the same thread but I am confused about how to get out of attack mode after I have attacked a mob. After the mob is dead my character remains in a position like hes ready to attack, and I do not gain back any HP. Also I cannot switch equipment during this. Only way I can seem to get out of this stance is to die or go through a loading screen. Even closing the game and restarting doesnt fix it. Seems kind of ridiculous to me that after ive killed something I am still in this attack mode

Clicking the green AOE button (or pressing the "Z" key on your keyboard) toggles the AOE effect on or off.

Usefull if your Guildleve target is surrounded by other mobs that you don't want to aggro.

Press the "F" key to put away your weapon and begin regenerating HP.

On a Controller i press the same button to get in passive mode as i do for attack mode . think the F key on keyboard does this.
