Lots for people who 'get' it. People complaining about having nothing to do are in the wrong place.

You mean to say:

"Aside from playing the game, what else is there to do? And Where is my unicorn mount?"

Hmm, let me see.
A new system of battles that requires some skill player would be interesting.
Here's an idea, go make your own damned MMO then. You'll find out how hard it is to actually make something different from the market's offerings. All MMOs are basically the same, as far as gameplay goes. There's a reason for that: A basic limitation to the medium. You can't make a true "skill-based" MMO, mainly because playing an MMO takes no ******* mother@#%^ing skill. It takes you thinking about what action to take, then taking said action. While that can be seen as "skill", it's more planning, preparation, and time invested in aforementioned items than skill.

You want something that takes skill? Get out of your chair and cook dinner, or go build a shelf, or go tend a garden, or play a sport. Those take real skill. The best part of my idea? You'll not be here to post your whining about how MMOs, all MMOs, work.

The same is true of any genre, all FPSs are built on the same model, as are RTSs, Fighting games etc. There are so many of each genre that go by unnoticed. The games that succeed nowerdays are built on franchises, because they know what they are doing and they have a large enough fan base that will play the game unconditionally. some of my friends don't intend on getting this game, they're waiting for SWTOR. The majority of us are, so down the line they WILL buy this game and thus play it in the long run.

I have yet to see or hear about dungeons or raids, are these even implemented yet? I mean as far as I have been able to tell in my research and time spent in game you can basically group up to kill giant crabs that you do 4 melee damage to or fight salamanders than one shot you even when they con blue to you and your group of 15 people.
