The Uploader file goes into \My Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Version\downloads\ffxiv-beta\bca2a8ae\patch

The Game file goes into \My Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Version\downloads\ffxiv-beta\d96437e6\patch

I can't take credit for the info of where to put these or how to torrent them successfully. That goes to this guy right here:

For the record guys, SE has requested that people not download patches from external sources. There are already workarounds to the patcher issues using third party torrent applications, but those applications use the exact same torrent files that SE provides. In essence, you're just using a better version of SE's software to do exactly what SE software does without the hangups and slow speeds. It's safer, more reliable, and doesn't go against SE's wishes.
